I Want to be a Regional Manager

Our employees working as Regional Manager:

  • Takes the necessary actions to realize sales, profit, and cost targets of the stores he is in charge of and coordinates them,
  • Manages the recruitment process and follows staff performance of the stores he is in charge of,
  • Analyzes the sales, stock, return, and destruction reports of his stores and takes action,
  • Checks and ensures the correct implementation of processes such as product organizing, product availability, stock control, cleanliness of store and storage areas, inventory and stock counts, correct price and label usage,
  • Reports to his supervisor about the store expenses and costs,
  • Works on store efficiency,
  • Carries out all operations related to store establishment and operation and provides communication with the central office.


    Required Qualifications

  • University graduate, preferably Economics, Management, or Finance,
  • Preferably experienced in retail and sales management/inspection, with regional inspection and management background,
  • Experienced in inventory management, endorsement and stock targets follow-up, and team management,
  • Sector, competitor, and product knowledge,
  • Advanced communication and representation skills,
  • Advanced planning and organization skills,
  • Advanced management skills and high self-motivation,
  • Result-oriented,
  • Proactive and finding practical solutions,
  • Able to work in a dynamic and busy environment,
  • Adapt to flexible working hours,
  • Active driver,
  • Completed the military service (for male candidates)
  • Able to live close to his responsibility region.
