I Want to be a Store Manager
A “Store Manager” working in our stores:
- Manages the operation and a team of approximately 5 employees,
- Determines the customer needs and provides the best service,
- Ensures the products to be presented according to pre-defined standards and quality,
- Ensures the layout and cleanliness of the depot and the shelves,
- Follows up the product stocks and manages the product ordering process,
- Takes actions to realize sales, profit, and cost targets of his store.
Required Qualifications
- At least high school graduate,
- Preferably under age 35,
- Preferably has at least 2 years of experience in retail and merchandizing,
- Aims to have a career in merchandizing,
- Able to think like a merchant, manage a team, motivated, and with advanced negotiation skills,
- High sense of responsibility,
- Advanced communication skills,
- Able to cope with the difficulties, determined,
- Planned, detailer, and self-disciplined,
- Completed the military service or postponed at least for 3 years (for male candidates),
- Willing to work with shifts,
- Live close to the store or can access easily.
